I diagnose operational gaps in data-dependant institutions and build the systems that close them end-to-end: gap diagnosis, stakeholder buy-in, technical build, training, and ownership.

At the Health Research and Ethics Committee (HREC), Edo State Ministry of Health, I won approval for a full data restructure by introducing a metadata tagging framework that replaced a manual, unsearchable archive, and I recovered and cleaned three years of historical records for the committee’s complete first-tenure report.

I designed and shipped two in-house desktop applications that automate certificate processing and institutional reporting, including a certificate-generation system that cut processing time from ~45 minutes per batch to 5–10 seconds and reduced errors from 30–40% to ~2%.

I also build dashboards and PDF reporting workflows—turning 2–3 hour manual reporting cycles into single automated PDF reports generated in under 15 seconds—while continuing to maintain and re-architect them for scalability.
