What I'm looking for
I have spent the past three years supporting executives, managing teams, and keeping operations running in busy, often remote environments. I’m trusted to handle complex calendars across time zones, draft and coordinate communications, and ensure executives walk into calls prepared.
In my current role, I keep shared drives, filing systems, and workspaces organized across Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. I track action items from meetings, follow up with the right people to get things done, and spot potential issues early so leadership isn’t surprised.
