I’m looking for a role where I can lead customer success and operations end-to-end—own onboarding, resolve escalations, and improve processes—while partnering cross-functionally and building high-performing teams to drive long-term customer satisfaction.

I’m a customer-focused operations professional with 4+ years supporting customers, leading teams, and strengthening service delivery in fast-paced environments. I own customer onboarding and account readiness, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth go-lives.
