I’m looking to lead B2B SaaS customer outcomes—own onboarding through renewal, partner with Product/Engineering on technical troubleshooting, and use API/CRM health metrics to maximize adoption, retention, and customer value.

I’m a Customer Success & Experience Specialist with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS environments—technical support, customer relationship management, and guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, utilization, and renewals. I focus on helping customers achieve maximum value from products and services while building long-term partnerships.

I work across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to troubleshoot issues, track API/CRM usage, and deliver customer outcomes. I’ve supported retention and contract renewals by monitoring customer feedback, escalations, and adoption metrics, and by collaborating with globally distributed remote teams to ensure strong communication and customer health.
