I am a Customer Success and Operations professional with fintech and small‑business experience, focused on helping customers confidently use savings products and resolving escalations quickly. I consistently deliver fast resolution times while preserving service quality and building trust.

At PiggyTech Global (PiggyVest) I handled high‑volume customer support—over 1,500 conversations weekly—and closed 500+ third‑party escalations, liaising with banks and internal teams to reduce churn and drive upsell opportunities. I also supported walk‑in customers with onboarding, app setup, and account troubleshooting.

I founded and operate a food business where I manage end‑to‑end operations, customer experience, and marketing, driving repeat purchases and 50% revenue growth at pop‑up events.
