I’m an IT professional with 4+ years of experience, currently the sole IT resource at Caravan Facilities Management, where I support 1,200+ users across 140+ sites nationwide. I own the whole environment end to end: identity, Microsoft 365, endpoints, email security, and incident response.

Identity and access: Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity with Entra Connect, Group Policy, MFA through Microsoft Authenticator, SSO and Enterprise Applications, and user provisioning and offboarding.

Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, licensing, and Purview eDiscovery.

Endpoints and infrastructure: NinjaOne RMM/MDM (900+ devices deployed), Apple Business Manager, Jamf, Hyper-V, Windows, macOS, FortiGate, and VPN.

Security: Barracuda email security triage, Defender for Office 365, Entra ID Identity Protection, and KnowBe4 phishing simulations.

Automation and documentation: PowerShell, Python, Confluence runbooks, and TeamDynamix ticketing.

Some highlights: I investigated and cleaned up a compromised company website, finding backdoored WordPress core files and hidden spam-injection malware, and traced the remaining payload to the wp-content directory. I also migrated 281 Apple devices in Apple Business Manager from MobileIron to NinjaOne MDM.
