What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote individual-contributor role where I can stay hands-on with identity and endpoint tooling, own process improvements end to end, and improve access, device management, and IT operations.

I manage identity and endpoint operations at University of Iowa Health Care, supporting access and devices in a live clinical environment where downtime affects patient care.

I administer Okta, Duo MFA, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM, and Jamf Pro. I automate provisioning, group updates, configuration changes, and reporting with PowerShell across Windows and macOS fleets.

I analyzed more than 2,000 support tickets and implemented process changes that reduced average resolution time by 25% and repeat incidents by 18%. I’ve also coordinated major incidents, supported an Epic upgrade, and contributed to a Cherwell-to-Halo ITSM migration.
