I’m an IT Systems Administrator and problem solver focused on eliminating operational roadblocks with a mix of technical expertise, customer service, and cybersecurity drive. I support enterprise collaboration and security by administering Microsoft 365 tenants and strengthening identity and access controls.
In my current role, I manage Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants, integrating DUO multi-factor authentication for a stronger security posture. I oversee endpoint management for 60+ Windows and iOS devices using Intune and Action1, while maintaining continuous monitoring with Microsoft Defender and the Blumira SIEM platform.
I also architect and manage Azure cloud infrastructure for internal applications and external-facing services, ensuring performance and security compliance. I build and maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures to support knowledge management, and I lead technology procurement and asset lifecycle management to optimize cost-efficiency.
Previously, I delivered hands-on helpdesk support for 100+ clients across 300+ locations and 5,200+ devices, working with Active Directory, Azure, and Office365 and using light PowerShell automation. I’ve also designed network security solutions and provided engineering support across thousands of Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, and Aruba devices using tools like LogicMonitor, Automate, and ITGlue.
