I want a role where I can drive product adoption and reduce churn through hands-on onboarding, training, and data-driven customer insights—partnering with teams to deliver measurable value, strengthen loyalty, and support long-term growth.

I’m a Customer Success Manager who drives adoption, reduces churn, and builds long-term customer relationships. Since Nov 2025, I’ve owned the onboarding lifecycle as the primary point of contact, translating client business goals into actionable plans.

I collaborate with clients to define onboarding plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables, then guide product setup and configuration aligned to use cases. I deliver virtual training, provide responsive support during onboarding, and work with technical and product teams to resolve complex issues quickly.

Earlier, as a Payroll Implementation Specialist (Jul 2021–Apr 2025), I led payroll system configuration, data conversion, testing, and parallel processing to transition clients to go-live. I’m equally comfortable with first-line support, compliance-aligned implementations, and using client feedback to improve onboarding and product usability—always with a focus on measurable outcomes and loyalty.
