I’m a Customer Success professional focused on onboarding, customer lifecycle management, account management, and client support in SaaS and service-based environments. I guide customers through onboarding, run product demos and discovery calls, and use customer engagement and troubleshooting to improve satisfaction and retention.

In my recent roles, I’ve served as a first point of contact for new users, provided onboarding sessions and user training on Bitrix24, ensured access to systems and communication channels, and followed up to strengthen engagement and long-term outcomes. I also manage client accounts through tailored onboarding calls, track customer interactions in CRM, and coordinate project delivery to align with client expectations.

I bring demand-generation and support experience as well—conducting inbound/outbound demo and discovery calls, overseeing the full customer lifecycle, and resolving issues through cross-functional collaboration. I’m especially energized by remote work, clear communication, CRM-driven process improvement, and creating excellent customer experiences in fast-paced, tech-driven teams.
