I’m a Customer Success Manager with a genuine passion for helping customers achieve meaningful outcomes. I focus on understanding each customer’s unique goals and definition of success, then build trusted relationships while proactively removing blockers.
In my current role, I manage a €3.2M enterprise SaaS portfolio across 45 customers. I act as the primary post-sales relationship owner, drive product adoption through ongoing account health monitoring, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights for internal product and leadership teams. I also proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to improve retention and customer outcomes.
Previously, I owned solution delivery end-to-end—from intake to solution design and implementation—leading discovery workshops, business analysis, and planning. I’ve also led implementation projects and change request intake and prioritization, aligning requirements, configurations, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to deliver long-term customer value.
