I am looking for a role that offers growth opportunities in Cloud technology and a collaborative team environment.

I am a motivated and detail-oriented Cloud & IT Technician with hands-on experience in hardware repairs, customer service, and troubleshooting. I am currently pursuing the AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification and have recently earned the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification. My skills include diagnosing issues, supporting users, and maintaining systems, which I have honed through various roles in technology and customer service.

Throughout my professional journey, I have developed a strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for technology. I am eager to grow into more advanced Cloud roles and contribute to a fast-paced tech team in a remote or hybrid environment. My experience as a Computer Field Technician has equipped me with the ability to perform hardware repairs and installations while effectively troubleshooting client-side issues.
