I’m an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, IT asset lifecycle management, and cloud infrastructure fundamentals. In high-security environments, I deliver end-user support, incident evaluation, ticket/workflow tracking, root cause analysis, and clear technical documentation—then escalate recurring issues to support process improvement.

Most recently, I worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Decommissioning Technician, performing diagnostics on data center infrastructure equipment, managing IT asset tracking and auditing, and supporting secure data destruction and hardware decommissioning aligned with enterprise security standards. Earlier, I served as an IT Tester / Secure Area Specialist and an Outbound Associate / IT Equipment Coordinator, where I validated refurbished desktop/laptop readiness for redeployment, communicated findings to IT/operations, and supported onboarding and peer support. I continue building my skill set through a Home Lab where I deploy Azure virtual machines, practice identity management and access control, perform packet capture and protocol analysis with Wireshark, and create structured troubleshooting workflows—while pursuing an A.A.S. in Information Technology and CompTIA A+ certification in progress.
