I’m a detail-oriented and self-motivated IT professional with hands-on experience in network configuration, system troubleshooting, and scripting automation. I’m currently completing a DCNA Level I certification with CCNA coursework completed, reinforced through practical lab work in Cisco Packet Tracer and independent project development.

I’m confident working independently and diagnosing technical issues systematically, then delivering clear solutions in remote or asynchronous environments. Through my projects, I’ve designed and simulated a small office network in Packet Tracer, implemented VLAN segmentation via CLI, and performed end-to-end connectivity testing to identify and resolve configuration errors.

I also build practical automation to improve efficiency—developing an Excel automation toolkit and writing Python file and data automation scripts to reduce repetitive manual work. I’m seeking a remote entry-level role in IT Support, Network Support, or NOC operations where I can apply my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills to support reliable network operations.
