What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply my network and systems experience to build and secure infrastructure, continue hands-on learning, and contribute to a collaborative team.

I am a Business Information Technology graduate with hands-on experience in ICT infrastructure, network administration, and system troubleshooting. I deliver practical technical support and training, improving user competency across organizations.

During an internship as Assistant ICT Officer at Kenya Accreditation Service, I supported onboarding of services to the E-Citizen platform, coordinated installation of CCTV, access controls, PABX, wireless access points and network infrastructure, and implemented network security protocols to protect systems.

I am proficient with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds), Windows Server, Microsoft 365, hardware and software troubleshooting, and data analysis. I am eager to transition into a developer role that leverages my problem solving, system integration experience, and passion for building reliable solutions.
