What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow my career in the AI and tech industry, helping clients succeed through retention, adoption, account growth, and fast resolution of complex issues in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

I've supported SaaS clients at Motive Technologies, progressing from Customer Success Manager to Senior Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, and Senior Account Executive. I act as a dedicated client advocate, aligning business goals with internal stakeholders.

I resolve high-level client escalations through timely, structured resolutions that support long-term retention. My work focuses on product adoption, churn mitigation, account growth, and strong client relationships.

Previously, I led the renewals team at Prestige Offshore Staffing Solutions for six SaaS products owned by Idera, Inc. I managed daily operations, coordinated with offshore managers and enterprise clients, and helped the team meet or exceed quarterly inventory and renewal targets.

I'm comfortable working across support, product, and technical teams in fast-moving situations. Outside work, I'm an active music producer and poet, and I enjoy competitive football and cricket.
