I’m looking for opportunities where I can apply change management, analytics, and customer-behavior insight to drive organizational strategic objectives—especially through organizational readiness, transformation programs, executive stakeholder alignment, and measurable training/communications outcomes.

I’m a senior change management professional with 19+ years of experience, focused on using analytical and statistical skills and insight into customer behavior to support organizational strategic objectives. I bring deep strengths in change management methodologies, project management, stakeholder analysis and management, training, communications, and change management impact assessments.

As CEO and Management Consulting / Change Management Leader at Newfoundland Consulting (2016–Present), I lead organizational readiness and transformation work for large global implementations. I led a global SAP organizational readiness effort (~35,000 users) from ECC to S4 HANA, managing a team of ~40 resources and aligning stakeholder management, communications, training, business readiness metrics, and role mapping to business needs.

At Shell, I served as Transformational Change Lead for the Deepwater Data Excellence team, helping mature data culture and literacy across the organization and delivering $34M+ value in 2023. I created and promoted a data literacy program across the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina, while advancing enterprise data strategy through improved governance, foundations, sharing, and lifecycle alignment of master data.

Earlier at Chevron (2016–2022), I led cybersecurity behavioral change across operational technology cyber resilience, governance communications, engineering and innovation, insider threat, and intelligence awareness. My work consistently centered on executive alignment, education, training, measurement plans for sustainability, and improving how organizations make decisions—whether in cybersecurity, data transformation, or SAP training and adoption.
