What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise transformation and change initiatives where I can partner with executives, build scalable change capabilities, and drive measurable adoption across complex technology, operating model, and workforce transformations.

At Kyndryl, I lead change strategy for AI, technology, operating model, process, and workforce transformations across five geographies. I assess portfolio-level readiness and organizational impacts, then build practical adoption, reinforcement, and measurement approaches for initiatives affecting up to 4,000 stakeholders.

Previously at M&T Bank, I led enterprise OCM for major software, cybersecurity, and cloud transformations, including an initiative affecting more than 10,000 employees. I coached change managers and executives while strengthening enterprise frameworks for sponsorship, readiness, resistance management, and sustained adoption.

I've built change capabilities from the ground up at Axiom Resource Management and the University of Pittsburgh, where I supported large-scale ERP, SaaS, custom application, and process transformations. My work combines organizational change management, executive coaching, organizational design, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and data-driven adoption measurement.
