I've led change, training, and adoption across Workday transformations for organizations including the City of Seattle, FHFA, Northeastern University, Cogeco Telecommunications, and higher education clients through Alchemy. In my current Executive PMO role, I connect Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time Tracking readiness activities to program milestones, deployment risks, and long-term capability.
For more than 30 years, I've guided technology-enabled transformation across healthcare, higher education, financial services, government, telecommunications, and retail. I translate complex system and process changes into practical communications, workshops, learning experiences, user guides, and support that move people from knowledge to ability.
I'm PROSCI certified and bring a warm, client-centered approach to coaching sponsors, surfacing risks, challenging assumptions, and building trust across complex stakeholder environments.
