I’m a dedicated, customer-focused professional with over five years of experience in customer service and administrative support. I help resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally while also supporting HR operations behind the scenes.

In my customer service role, I deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment by addressing questions and resolving issues to maintain satisfaction. I also trained new staff and helped keep service standards consistent.

As an HR intern, I supported day-to-day HR documentation by maintaining employee records and assisting with HR tasks. I helped with recruitment and onboarding support, and I handled filing and other administrative responsibilities to keep processes organized.

I’m currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Accounting, and I bring the same discipline to my work—clear communication, strong time management, and attention to detail. I’m motivated by roles where I can combine customer service excellence with reliable administrative and HR support.
