I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent customer experiences while supporting HR operations, accurate record keeping, and efficient onboarding—working in a fast-paced environment that values confidentiality, communication, and teamwork.

I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented professional based in Nigeria, with experience spanning customer service, front desk/administrative work, and Human Resources support. I handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate documentation while working confidently in fast-paced environments.

In recent roles, I’ve welcomed customers and managed day-to-day office coordination—responding via phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions. I scheduled appointments, maintained calendars, and ensured visitor logs and administrative documents stayed organized and up to date.
