I’m looking to lead IT infrastructure operations—owning secure, reliable, cost-effective service delivery in hybrid cloud environments, mentoring teams, and driving monitoring, upgrades, and proactive problem resolution aligned to business goals.

I’m an IT infrastructure professional with over 15 years of experience delivering reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology operations. I’ve led IT operations in SME environments, owning day-to-day support and system administration for servers, networks, and core infrastructure.

In my current role as an IT Operations Manager, I direct scalable IT infrastructure solutions while managing limited resources efficiently. I administer Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, enforce MFA and conditional access, and run hybrid cloud capabilities including Intune, MDM, Purview, and Teams administration.

I build resiliency through backup and disaster recovery strategies—coordinating both cloud backups and on-premise solutions to protect business continuity and data integrity. I also lead proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance, cutting critical incidents, and I drive upgrades, migrations, and new infrastructure improvements on time, within scope, and within budget.

Previously, as a Deputy Manager and Senior Team Lead, I managed support operations, ensured SLAs were met, and acted as the escalation point for complex issues and critical incidents. I led enterprise-level L1–L3 support across UAE branches, handled Office 365 and Google Apps administration (including 1000+ mailbox migrations), and supported virtualization and network environments using VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.
