I’m looking for a role where I can own reliable, secure 24/7 IT operations—handling network administration, end-user support, system monitoring, and preventive troubleshooting—while partnering across departments to keep hotel-critical systems performing continuously.

I’m an IT Support Professional with 8 years of experience managing IT infrastructure in hospitality environments, including 4-star and 3-star hotels. As a Cluster IT Supervisor, I keep hotel technology reliable in a 24/7 setting by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting end-users.

I manage and maintain local IT infrastructure across hotel operations—networks, hardware, operating systems, antivirus solutions, internet connectivity, and enterprise applications. I also administer hotel management systems (front office, back office, sales & catering, HR, and other departmental platforms), oversee network security, structured cabling, access control, and voice/telephone systems to ensure continuous availability and performance.
