I’m an ITIL Certified IT Support & ELV Engineer with 15+ years of experience (Gulf experience 9+ years), focused on delivering dependable IT, hardware, and network administration. I bring hands-on depth across Windows servers, endpoint security, and ELV systems, backed by ITIL 4 Foundation, MSCE, and DCSE credentials.
In my current role at IP Care Technology, Abu Dhabi (Oct-2024 to Jul 2025), I handle IT support and IT asset & audit activities while managing Windows server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy. I install and maintain Office 365/O365 Outlook, resolve server and endpoint issues, and support networking including structured cabling, racks, patch panels, and fiber optic connections.
