I’m looking for a challenging role where I can use my IT support, hardware, and network administration skills to improve reliability, manage ELV systems, and grow with a team that values proactive troubleshooting and accountability.

I’m an ITIL Certified IT Support & ELV Engineer with 15+ years of experience (Gulf experience 9+ years), focused on delivering dependable IT, hardware, and network administration. I bring hands-on depth across Windows servers, endpoint security, and ELV systems, backed by ITIL 4 Foundation, MSCE, and DCSE credentials.

In my current role at IP Care Technology, Abu Dhabi (Oct-2024 to Jul 2025), I handle IT support and IT asset & audit activities while managing Windows server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy. I install and maintain Office 365/O365 Outlook, resolve server and endpoint issues, and support networking including structured cabling, racks, patch panels, and fiber optic connections.

I also support ELV operations—CCTV/NVR monitoring, access control and attendance machines, and VoIP with Grand stream VOIP devices and controllers—along with UBIQUITI UNIFI controllers/access points and ESET antivirus server management. Across earlier roles as IT Assistant Manager and Senior IT Engineer (including large US/UK military and enterprise support in Iraq and the region), I’ve consistently partnered with vendors, monitored subscriptions, produced network plans (MS Visio), and delivered practical troubleshooting with a customer-first mindset.
