At RSK TECH SYSTEMS, I work as a Service now Developer on ServiceNow Inc. implementation work, including portal creation, widget customization, and ITIL module configuration.
I’ve developed workflows and customized ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, AJAX, and HTML. My work has also included catalog items, business rules, UI policies, and portal client- and server-side scripting.
Previously, at Infosys private limited, I worked on the T-Mobile project as a System Engineer. I configured ServiceNow ITIL processes and workflows and developed integrations using web services, SOAP, and REST.
