I’m looking for a ServiceNow role where I can build and automate ITSM/CMDB workflows, implement Service Catalog experiences, and deliver integrations and reporting that improve platform performance and reliability.

I’m a ServiceNow Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. I bring strong expertise across ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and custom application development, with a focus on improving workflows and platform performance.

I configure and maintain production ServiceNow instances by working on Incident and catalog tasks, setting up SLAs, building users/roles/groups, and securing access using Access Control Rules. I also deliver reliable integrations and automation through JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, MID Server/IntegrationHub, import sets/update sets, Discovery, scripted web services, and reporting.
