At APEXON INDIA PVT LTD, I work on ServiceNow ITSM modules and automate approvals, notifications, and task creation with Flow Designer. I also develop REST integrations that connect ServiceNow with external applications.

For Rxsense, I customized Service Portal pages and widgets for self-service, and configured scripts and policies to meet business requirements. I also worked on catalog items and fulfillment processes.

On the Amadeus project, I integrated flight APIs with ServiceNow and worked on portal widgets for flight details, bookings, and support requests. I also automated flight delay and cancellation alerts.

Across my ServiceNow projects, I've worked with ITSM, CMDB, service catalogs, workflows, and integrations. I hold the Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and a Flow Designer micro-certification.
