Saiho Kwan
@saihokwan
I am skilled in project management, video game localization, rating submission, first-party submission, compliance testing, and quality assurance.
What I'm looking for
I've led global localization programs for Amazon Games titles including LOST ARK and THRONE AND LIBERTY at Lionbridge Games. I serve as the client-facing point of contact across Korean-to-English, Korean-to-Japanese, and English-pivoted European and Latin American localization.
I coordinate translation, editing, voice-recording scripts and audio teams, LQA schedules, production cycles, and engineering collaboration for overlapping game milestones. I also manage English localization for Amazon Kids ad and support text.
Before Lionbridge, I produced MetalCore at Infinite Games, coordinating QA triage, alpha feedback, build updates, PAX West support, and ESRB submission documentation. At Bandai Namco, I managed localization, budgets, release schedules, voice recording, LQA, first-party submissions, ratings, and compliance for games sold worldwide.
My background began in game QA and compliance, where I led testing from pre-alpha through submission on titles including Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Dark Souls III, and Tekken Tag Tournament 2. I bring hands-on experience with localization, quality, submissions, and the details that help games create memories.
