What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my manual QA, Jira, Agile workflow, defect-triage, and release-readiness experience to digital products in the U.S. market while completing my ISTQB Foundation certification.

I've led QA workflows and release readiness for digital products at Electronic Arts and Samsung Electronics—Black River Studios.

At EA, I progressed from QA Intern to Project Manager / QA Lead, managing a four-person QA team across multiple projects. I drove functional, regression, black-box, and exploratory testing, while documenting developer-ready defects in Jira.

At Samsung Electronics—Black River Studios, I oversaw QA and production quality across nine VR projects with a 55-person multidisciplinary team. I managed Agile sprint boards, backlog prioritization, quality gates, and issue validation from vertical slice through gold master.

I bring clear bug reproduction, practical cross-functional communication, and experience coordinating teams across the U.S., India, UK, and Canada. I'm pursuing ISTQB Foundation certification as I continue building my QA career in the U.S. market.
