What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support quality, improve workflows, collaborate across teams, and apply my experience in testing, documentation, and process improvement.

I've supported AAA game projects at Lionbridge Games, including Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, Age of Mythology: Retold, and Forza Motorsport 8. I collaborated with developers and global QA teams to investigate player-reported issues, validate fixes, refine testing workflows, and prepare live builds for major showcase events.

I've also managed store operations at Dollar Tree and now support approximately 10 bookkeeping clients at All About Businesses through QuickBooks Online, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly reporting. I bring hands-on documentation, process improvement, team training, and detail-oriented quality control to every project.
