I’m looking to lead Salesforce administration and RevOps/CRM automation—partnering with stakeholders to simplify processes, improve lead visibility, ensure reliable integrations, and deliver clean, accurate reporting and dashboards.

I’m a Senior Salesforce Administrator with 9+ years of experience across Salesforce administration, CRM operations, automation, reporting, integrations, and platform support in sales-driven environments. I’m hands-on with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow automation, and ongoing user management, and I’m comfortable partnering with stakeholders to improve business processes.

In my current role, I handle day-to-day Salesforce administration across Sales, Operations, and Legal, including user access, automation updates, reporting requests, and platform maintenance. I update Flows, approval processes, validation rules, dashboards, and custom objects to support evolving operational requirements and simplify CRM processes to reduce manual work while improving lead visibility.

I also focus on keeping data reliable and systems stable by investigating integration issues across HubSpot, DocuSign, Ironclad, ZoomInfo, and Gong. I maintain Salesforce data quality through duplicate management, cleanup, reporting reviews, and validation updates, and I support release cycles with sandbox coordination, deployment validation, UAT support, and post-release issue tracking using Gearset and git-based processes.
