At Appen, I configured and migrated a new Salesforce production org, and I manage Git-based Copado releases across multiple environments. I also built a native, Flow-based CSAT process and a Legal Request application from scratch.
Previously, I built and administered Salesforce orgs at InfoSync Services and supported enterprise client engagements at Atos Syntel, including projects for Moody’s Analytics, Close Brothers, Deutsche Bank, and Cummins Inc. My work included data migration, security and access configuration, integrations, automation, and production support.
