I’m a Results-driven, Salesforce Certified Administrator with 2.5+ years of hands-on enterprise CRM experience, delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions for McKesson, a Fortune 500 healthcare client, in an EST-aligned agile delivery model.

My core strength is turning complex requirements into reliable execution: I’ve built Flow Builder automations for case routing, field updates, and approval workflows, and I’ve developed and maintained Apex triggers and classes to enforce data integrity and automate business logic. I also manage Service Cloud operational excellence through user administration for 500+ users, Email-to-Case, and case management/reporting that supports senior US stakeholders.
