I'm currently building ServiceNow ITSM and GRC/IRM solutions at Avatu Private Limited, translating business requirements into configured platforms, customizations, and automated workflows.
I've configured Incident, Problem, Change, Risk, Compliance, Policy, and Issue Management, using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer. I also develop scoped applications and REST/SOAP integrations, including Service Catalog, Record Producers, Jira integration, data mapping, and authentication.
Previously at GlowTouch Technologies, I gained hands-on ServiceNow ITSM and technical support experience across Service Catalog, CMDB, notifications, approvals, platform administration, Update Sets, SDLC, and Agile practices.
My project work includes ITSM implementation, GRC/IRM configuration for risk and compliance processes, and a custom pro bono legal service management application with skill-based assignment, email automation, and Jira synchronization.
