What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, integrations, and workflow automation while collaborating with clients and Agile teams on enterprise platform improvements.

I've delivered ServiceNow consultation and implementation at Wipro across Incident, Knowledge, Service Level, Request Fulfillment, HRSD, CMDB, and enterprise asset management. I build Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Service Catalogs, record producers, and workflows that align with client processes.

I've developed SOAP and web-service integrations, transform maps for CMDB synchronization, dashboards, automated notifications, Service Portal widgets, and GRC risk scoring. I also mentor new team members, document requirements and specifications, and work with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver platform enhancements.
