I am a ServiceNow developer with 4+ years in ServiceNow development and administration and 5+ years total in IT. I focus on customization and implementation across core ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge.

In my roles at NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS and FUJITSU CONSULTING INDIA PVT LTD, I designed and implemented platform enhancements using Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Data Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists (ACLs). I also built flows with Workflows and Flow Designer to automate record creation and updates.

I’ve handled end-to-end service experiences including Service Catalogs, Record Producers, and Request Workflow design and configuration. I configure SLA’s and schedules, automate routine tasks with Scheduled Jobs scripting, and deploy update sets between development and test instances.

For integrations and data movement, I developed REST integrations and validated connectivity using tools like POSTMAN and REST API Explorer. I also imported data using Transform Maps and worked with import set APIs for CMDB data loading, while debugging issues to support my team.
