What I'm looking for
I’m a Marketing Manager with experience in real estate development, digital marketing, and content platforms. I specialize in launching marketing communications, product positioning, and cross-functional execution—bringing structure to campaign planning, messaging, and delivery.
In my current role, I manage marketing support for residential development projects, including campaign planning, media plans, contractor management, timeline control, and quality assurance. I also lead go-to-market activities like naming, positioning, value propositions, messaging, and visual identity, coordinating designers, copywriters, agencies, and sales teams.
I’m also strong in end-to-end analytics and funnel performance—tracking leads, appointments, deals, conversions, and creative effectiveness using Power BI and tools like Yandex Metrica, Yandex Direct, Redash, and Superset. Previously, as a Junior Content Marketing Manager, I supported audience growth and CTR improvement for RUTUBE Sports through always-on strategy, partner coordination, and special projects.
