What I'm looking for
I’m a Learning & Development Manager with 10+ years of experience designing and delivering learning programs, onboarding initiatives, and leadership development. I focus on building employee capability through engaging learning experiences that support organizational goals and continuous learning.
In my current role as a Senior Training Content Manager / Learning & Development Lead, I lead learning program management end-to-end—designing learning journeys, coordinating learning calendars and logistics, and managing participant and communication needs. I also facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended sessions, and support employees and managers through coaching and mentoring.
I strengthen learning outcomes through robust learning operations and learning analytics. I maintain learning records and completion tracking, create dashboards and learning analytics reports for leadership decision-making, and monitor learning effectiveness to recommend continuous improvements.
I partner closely with HR, business leaders, managers, and SMEs to align learning initiatives with priorities across geographically diverse and multicultural teams. I’ve supported global onboarding and learning programs, improved learner engagement with structured learning pathways, and enhanced learning visibility through reporting and analytics.
