What I'm looking for

I seek a mid-to-senior L&D role where I can design and deliver business-aligned learning strategies, lead LMS and ERP training projects, coach leaders, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive measurable performance and process improvements in a growth-oriented culture.

I am an L&D strategist and training manager with 15+ years' experience in learning management, project leadership, and process excellence across BFSI and travel sectors.

I have designed and led enterprise-wide learning initiatives for 300+ employees through TNA, capability mapping, and structured learning paths, and developed onboarding and coaching frameworks that coached 100+ new hires to business readiness.

I lead LMS optimization, instructional design and measurement—applying ROI-based evaluation, risk planning and project management to deliver measurable performance improvements; I also supported ERP implementations and process transitions that earned multiple awards for seamless delivery.

After a career break focused on upskilling and freelance coaching, I am seeking mid-to-senior L&D roles where I can drive business-aligned learning strategies, leadership enablement, and LMS transformations.
