I seek a leadership role in L&D where I can design scalable training programs, drive measurable performance improvements, and build learning cultures through stakeholder collaboration and continuous upskilling.

I am a seasoned Learning & Development leader with 16 years' experience designing and implementing end-to-end training lifecycles, content, and assessment strategies aligned to business imperatives. I have led large trainer teams, launched award-winning programs, improved ramp-to-goal readiness, and delivered measurable quality and throughput gains across multiple industries and global sites.

I combine instructional design, learning analytics, stakeholder management, and performance coaching to close skill gaps and build bench strength. I prioritize practical, adult-learning approaches—classroom, on-the-job, mentoring, and digital—to enable rapid ramp-up, continuous improvement, and sustained organizational impact.
