What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an L&D leadership role where I can enhance employee performance, drive strategic learning initiatives, lead learning operations and technology, and build high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

At Infosys BPM, I lead end-to-end L&D operations, service delivery, client engagement, and learning solutions while managing LMS administrators and instructional designers. I strengthen process consistency through SOPs, KPI monitoring, quality assurance, risk mitigation, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment.

I've delivered instructional design and training leadership work for Walmart through Aptino.Inc, Aditya Birla Finance, Annapurna Finance, Muthoot Finance, GRAS Academy, and BJEMS-II. My work spans competency reviews, skills assessments, training calendars, vendor management, leadership development, soft-skills training, and certification programs.

I use SuccessFactors and instructional design practices to create engaging learning experiences, incorporating gamification and microlearning where relevant. I'm targeting leadership roles in L&D focused on enhancing employee performance and driving strategic learning initiatives.
