I drive change management for Executive Performance Goals for 1K+ senior leaders and deliver executive communications and strategic presentations for 15K+ employees. My Employee Engagement Progress Reports use data analytics and key performance metrics, resulting in a global survey increase to 88%.
Previously, as a Business Support Consultant at Wells Fargo, I launched and project managed initiatives including Net Promotor System (NPS), Customer Relationship View (CRV), and Digital Engagement. I also coordinated the Enterprise Huddle Toolkit communicated to 30K+ branch employees.
Outside my core role, I launched an inaugural Asian ERG Mentorship Program with 56 pairs and partnered with the enterprise on the Teleskope platform, engaging all 10 ERGs and 70K+ members. I hold a BA in International Studies from University of California, Irvine, along with certifications in Google AI, AI, and Diversity & Inclusion.
