What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a customer support, customer success, operations, recruiting, sales support, administrative, or people-leadership role where I can apply my experience in customer service, team development, training, and multi-location operations.

I've led customer experience, sales, staffing, training, merchandising, inventory, and asset-protection priorities for Marciano and Abercrombie & Fitch / Hollister Co.

At Abercrombie & Fitch / Hollister Co., I progressed from Sales Associate to Assistant Manager and Store Manager, leading a high-volume business generating more than $10M in annual sales. I developed and promoted 21 associates, including 13 managers who advanced to Store Manager roles.

I've supported 12 stores through district-manager responsibilities and opened four locations as part of the New Stores Team, coordinating merchandising, stockroom setup, training, operational readiness, timelines, and cross-functional communication.

After a planned family-focused career break and international relocation, I'm returning to work ready to bring my leadership, recruiting, coaching, operations, and customer-service experience to a new chapter.
