I cross-check Shopify orders and product information against Giga, then coordinate with sellers or warehouses to investigate tracking, inventory, and order discrepancies. I also review potentially fraudulent orders and compile delivery evidence for Shopify chargeback responses.
I create and schedule promotional, educational, and seasonal email campaigns in Klaviyo, and prepare product descriptions and marketing content. I use ChatGPT and Claude to assist with research and drafting, reviewing their outputs for accuracy before use.
