At Dashi PTE LTD, I manage Shopify operations end-to-end, from order management and fulfillment to listings, pricing, website updates, and customer support. I resolve 40–60 tickets weekly, sustain a 98%+ active listing rate, and maintain a sub-4-hour first-response time.

I coordinate fulfillment, generate shipping labels, resolve order issues, and monitor account health to address listing suppressions and flat-file errors before they affect sales. I also create and maintain SOPs that reduced new-hire onboarding time by roughly a third.

At Ness PTE LTD, I supported Amazon and Shopify customer service, resolving 70+ inquiries each week while processing returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements. I updated product titles, bullet points, and backend keywords, supported promotional pricing, inventory checks, research, prospect lists, and outreach follow-up.

I use Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Excel, and AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude to keep operations organized, accurate, and moving forward.
