I am a dedicated professional with a diverse background in customer service, content creation, and event management. My journey began with an International BA (Hons) in Theology & Religious Studies from the University of Leeds, where I honed my analytical and communication skills. My previous role as an Education Service Officer at the University of Leeds allowed me to process over 1,400 applications and organize large-scale events, showcasing my ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Additionally, my freelance work as a Content Writer has enabled me to create engaging content that generates significant online traffic.
