During my four-year artistic journey, I honed skills crucial to customer service, including punctuality, interpersonal communication, contract negotiation, invoicing, and logistical coordination for travel. Achieved significant milestones, such as sold-out shows, radio airplay, and recognition from industry figures like Jermaine Dupri.

Established and maintained an Excel database, meticulously collecting data on influential YouTubers and Artists, identifying prime collaboration opportunities for our show’s talent. Facilitated seamless communication with prospective clients through professional email correspondence and Mail Chimp.

Organised and meticulously planned daily activities for children, using Excel spreadsheets to collate data. Thoroughly maintained attendance records throughout the day, with a commitment to accuracy, and efficiently inputted data into the School Information Management System (SIMS) at the day’s end.

Strategically implemented content reposting practices to maximize reach and audience engagement, fostering a dynamic online presence. Collaboratively managed a portfolio of diverse social media accounts, conducting thorough research to pinpoint emerging trends for strategic content integration and scheduling content using Hootsuite.

Mastered audiogram interpretation and result plotting, as well as the art of crafting hearing aid moulds and impressions. Proficiently guided patients on hearing aid maintenance to optimise performance and satisfaction.
