I've managed enterprise co-brand and private-label credit partnerships for Capital One, Synchrony Financial, and Citi Cards, aligning issuer strategy with major retail partners including Walmart, Lowe's, and The Home Depot.

At Synchrony, I led Lowe's $1B private-label credit portfolio and increased credit sales penetration by 200 basis points through joint initiatives, field-team coaching, and stronger merchant engagement. At Capital One, I drove product performance, associate enablement, and executive business reviews for the Walmart co-brand program.

During 15 years at Citi Cards, I managed The Home Depot co-brand relationship, owned annual P&L forecasts of $35M–$120M, and managed marketing budgets up to $100M. I also secured a seven-year Ford co-brand contract extension through ISO 9001:2000 certification and portfolio revitalization.

I've built and launched payment products, led cross-functional teams across risk, compliance, operations, and IT, and delivered $325M in revenue from credit protection and ancillary payment products. I'm motivated by translating portfolio data and partner goals into practical strategies that improve activation, retention, and profitable growth.
