I’m an Operations and HR professional with 15+ years of experience streamlining data systems, managing multi-state workforce programs, and leading cross-functional technology implementations. I’m known for building scalable processes from scratch—especially custom onboarding software deployed across 13 states—to reduce administrative overhead and strengthen compliance accuracy in complex, high-volume environments.

In my current role, I serve as the sole lead contact for enterprise work order software implementation, coordinating rollout across 25+ correctional facilities statewide. I cut manual tracking time by an estimated 40% and improved data integrity by auditing and updating floor plan records for 100% of program database locations, eliminating a longstanding documentation backlog.

Previously, I engineered a custom online new-hire system (application through hire completion) adopted across 13 states, eliminating paper-based processes for a 6,000+ employee workforce.
