I’m looking for a role where I can own lifecycle CRM programs across email/SMS and marketing automation, use experimentation to improve conversions, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable revenue growth and customer retention.

I’m a Senior Digital Producer focused on Email & SMS marketing, building lifecycle programs that move customers from onboarding through advocacy. In my current remote role, I’ve generated 2M+ per month in attributed revenue for clients and deployed 45+ journeys in 12 months across brands.

I bring a CRM-first approach: I managed lifecycle strategy development, segmentation, metric analysis, reporting, and optimization. I also supported CRM tech stack and database health through list cleaning and segmentation, then used A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversions.

Before this, I worked as a Digital Marketing Manager where I led growth initiatives across Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing—driving 250%+ website traffic in one year.
